Nice place, our church met here after praising Jesus Christ. Easy to order, menus are located on the post just in front of the cashier. Food came out so fast and delicious. This was my first time here, reasonable and they have great food. Watching the football game while eating...small TV to share with the entire restaurant. One long bench in the back for all the tables, nice and cozy. Bright and cheery
I can't rave enough about this place and can't wait to go back! The staff are so friendly and have excellent drinks recommendations! I suggest trying the "Green Tea Shot" if it's still on the menu! Now the food.. the food was fantastic! We tried several things and all of it was so good we struggled to decide on a favorite! We had Chips & Salsa, Fajitas, Street Tacos (one of each meat), Enchilada Verdes, and the House Burrito! I would recommend all of these dishes. Can't wait to go back and try more of their menu!
AMAZING! We were traveling thru town and wanted a quick bite, so decided to give this place a try since we were already downtown. Was great that they had parking next to the building and we found a spot. Great menu. Decided to try the street tacos. I got the beef, husband got the chicken. And we also tried the queso and guacamole. The complimentary chips & salsa while dining in were a nice perk and tasted phenomenal! The salsa tasted fresh & smoky. A lot of depth of flavor. Our food came out quickly even though they were busy. The staff were all friendly & helpful. We eat ALOT of Mexican food lol. I must say, these are the best street tacos we’ve had. A simple item, but easily lackluster at a lot of places. The beef was perfectly flavored and plentiful. The chicken had a little kick and was cooked spot on as well. The guac was fresh and yummy & the queso was top notch -thick, flavorful. If you are able to check this place out - you will not be disappointed! IT WAS AMAZING!!
One of the best places to eat in Boerne! The food is great, love the variety of creative, fresh, and delicious dishes. We will come here often and it has been a favorite of our kiddos!
Finally tried this place and thought the food was really good! We got pastor street tacos and the fajita taco plate. We thought our food had good flavor and enjoyed the chips n salsa. I had a ranch water and it wasn’t that good but it’s okay. The only bummer was it took a very long time to order and even longer for our drinks to come out. We got a ranch water and a beer and it came out 15 mins later, just a few mins before the food came out. It was a busy lunch time on a Saturday so that’s why I didn’t knock any stars for it. Overall we’d definitely come back again for the food.
Amazing, authentic Mexican food that is fresh & well made. Their cocktails are just as impressive & beautifully made. Also recommend the salsa macha if you like spicy because it goes with everything. Husband almost didn’t want me to leave a review to keep it a secret because it’s that good. I’ve been coming here for a long time & it’s very consistent, high quality ingredients with an emphasis on Mexican food (not Tex-Mex although they have plates to fit that too in addition to vegetarian & vegan).
5 Stars all across because there's not 10! Truthfully, atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect for a taco house... But, the food is beyond belief. Specifically the shredded beef burrito is the best in town (including San Antonio). The chicken fajitas flameado is an absolutely over the top entre with home-made corn tortillas (ask for 4 tortillas & split the generous portion of fajitas with your date!). Very yummy. Great service!! Highly recommended!!
Best Birria Tacos I have ever had! All of the food was phenomenal. Everything from the chips and salsa, the burrito, the Pirata Tacos were all super fresh and perfectly prepared. Your food is plated as if someone will be taking professional photos. This was our first trip to Boerne and it will be hard to try other eateries with this being our experience. The portion sizes are perfect so you don’t feel overly stuffed after eating. The House Margarita was stout but tasted handmade with no sugary mix. They will serve your food with 2 house sauces. The green sauce can go on everything. The only negative is the prices are over your normal taco place, and no military/first responder discount. But the food will be so good you won’t care. Highly recommend if you’re on main street.
